GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES PAYMENT
- Group Exercise Class payment must be made in person or online, in advance of attending any Group Exercise Classes.
- All Group Exercise Class sessions purchased need to be fully used within 365 days of purchase after which any remaining sessions will be forfeited.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES BOOKING
- You must pre-book classes to ensure your participation in them.
- If you can no longer attend a pre-booked class, you must cancel your booking online via our App or Website by giving at least 2hrs notice.
- If you book a class and fail to attend without cancelling correctly (as above) more than three times in any 30 day period then your class booking rights will be put on hold for a week.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES REFUNDS
- If you are unable to continue your Group Fitness Classes due to medical reasons, a refund may be available for any remaining sessions. You will need to provide us with evidence (i.e. a letter from your doctor) explaining that you are unable to continue including a time frame of this restriction prior to a refund being given.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES HEALTH SCREENING
- All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme. Your trainer may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES GENERAL
- Class timetables and instructors are subject to change from time to time without notice.
- You are requested not to open the doors while a class is in progress, as this may interfere with and disrupt other participants. Doors must be opened at discretion of instructor only.
- In order to avoid disturbing classes, you are requested to arrive in good time. Classes will commence at the scheduled time. Entrance to classes after the class start time may be refused. Any spaces available at the start time will be offered to those present and waiting.
- An instructor may, at any time, ask you to leave a class if you are jeopardising the safety or enjoyment of others.
- Should you experience any pain, discomfort, or injury during any of your sessions, please inform your Personal Trainer immediately who will ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Prior to, or during, the course of your Group Exercise Classes, health concerns may arise that may require further input from your doctor, physiotherapist, or other allied health care professional. If such concerns arise, you should consult an appropriate health professional before continuing your sessions.
- Please be aware that your Group Exercise Instructors are not health care professionals and cannot diagnose and/or prescribe treatment for any form of injury, disease, or other medical problem.
PERSONAL TRAINING PAYMENT
- Personal Training payment must be made in person or online, in advance of any Personal Training sessions taking place.
- All Personal Training sessions purchased need to be fully used within 365 days of purchase after which any remaining sessions will be forfeited.
PERSONAL TRAINING CANCELLATIONS
- If you need to cancel a session that you have booked, you must give us 24 hours cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in you being charged the full session rate.
PERSONAL TRAINING REFUNDS
- If you are unable to continue your Personal Training sessions due to medical reasons, a refund may be available for any remaining sessions. You will need to provide us with evidence (i.e. a letter from your doctor) explaining that you are unable to continue including a time frame of this restriction prior to a refund being given. Refunds may be provided under other exceptional circumstances at the discretion of your personal trainer.
PERSONAL TRAINING LATE ARRIVALS
- If your Personal Trainer is more than 10 minutes late for your session, you will receive one free hour of Personal Training, arranged at a mutually convenient time for you and your Personal Trainer.
- If you’re late for your session, your session length will be reduced accordingly, and you will be charged at the normal session rate.
